How the refund process works

Our care team will reply within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return-shipping address. The RMA must be written clearly on the outside of the return package.
- 3Mail your bottles back.
Return all bottles you received (opened or unopened — both qualify). We recommend a tracked shipping option. Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
- 4Refund issued within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Once your return is received and matched to your RMA, we issue the refund to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary — most customers see the credit within 3–5 business days, occasionally up to 10 days depending on the issuer.

Edge cases & special situations
- Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us within 7 days of the tracking-marked delivery date. We file the carrier claim on your behalf and reship at no charge once the claim is acknowledged.
- Wrong item received. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We send the correct order at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
- Defective bottle. Contact us with a photo of the bottle and the lot number. We replace the bottle at no charge and document the defect for our quality team.
- Allergic or adverse reaction. Discontinue use immediately and contact your healthcare provider. Email us with a description of the reaction and your lot number — we waive the return-shipping requirement in these cases and issue a full product refund regardless of bottle quantity returned.
- International orders. The 60-day window starts on the carrier-marked delivery date. International return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Customs duties paid on outbound shipment are not refundable by us; consult your local customs office for re-importation refund procedures.
- Subscription orders. Each shipment carries its own 60-day window starting from its individual delivery date. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing care@hormovanceofficial.com.

- · Refunds in U.S. dollars may post in your local currency at the exchange rate set by your card issuer.
