Safety & Quality Standards
The standards behind every Hormovance® bottle — from raw-material sourcing through finished-product testing, contraindications, and the documentation we keep on file for each production lot.
Where Hormovance is made
Hormovance® is manufactured in the United States in a facility that operates under Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations as defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for dietary supplements (21 CFR Part 111). The facility holds documented Standard Operating Procedures for raw-material receiving, identity testing, batch records, in-process quality checks, sanitation, and finished-product release.
Every production run is assigned a unique lot number that ties together the raw-material Certificates of Analysis, the in-process records, and the finished-product testing results. The lot number is printed on the bottom of every bottle.
The three-stage testing protocol
Every Hormovance lot is tested at three stages — incoming raw material, in-process, and finished product. The finished-product samples are also analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025.
Identity
Confirms the raw material matches the species and standardization on the label. Methods: HPLC fingerprinting, FTIR spectroscopy, and macroscopic / organoleptic checks against reference standards.
Potency
Confirms the active compound content per capsule matches the printed dose. Methods: HPLC-UV for Berberine, EGCG (Green Tea), and capsaicinoids (Cayenne); ICP-OES for Chromium; titration for acetic acid (ACV); HPLC for ginsenosides (Korean Ginseng).
Purity
Screens for heavy metals (ICP-MS for lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury) below USP 2232 limits, microbial limits (USP 2021/2022), residual solvents (USP 467), and pesticide residues (USP 561).

Who should not take Hormovance
The Hormovance® formula contains active botanicals at meaningful daily doses. Several groups should consult their healthcare provider before starting it — and some should not take it at all without medical supervision.
Do not take Hormovance if you are:
- · Pregnant or trying to become pregnant
- · Nursing
- · Under 18 years of age
Consult your healthcare provider first if you are:
- · Taking medication for diabetes — Berberine may amplify glucose-lowering effects.
- · Taking medication for blood pressure.
- · Taking blood thinners (warfarin, clopidogrel, etc.) — Korean Ginseng may interact.
- · Taking immunosuppressants — ginseng may interact.
- · Taking antidepressants (especially MAOIs) — ginseng may interact.
- · Managing a thyroid condition.
- · Managing liver or kidney disease.
- · Scheduled for surgery within 2 weeks — discontinue use beforehand.

This list is not exhaustive. When in doubt, talk to your physician or pharmacist before starting Hormovance, especially if you take prescription medication on a regular basis.
Reported side effects
The most common observations from the first weeks of Hormovance® use are mild and typically resolve as the body adjusts.
- · Mild stomach awareness in the first week — typical of Berberine, particularly if the capsule is taken on an empty stomach. Pairing with a substantive meal usually resolves this.
- · Vivid dreams in the first week (~3% of users) — sometimes reported with Korean Ginseng. Resolves on its own.
- · Warm flush shortly after the dose — possible with Cayenne, usually short-lived and intensity-dependent on individual sensitivity.
- · Mild caffeine sensitivity — Green Tea Extract contributes trace caffeine. Caffeine-sensitive users should take the capsule before noon.
If you experience any unusual or concerning reaction, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider. You may also report it to us at care@hormovanceofficial.com — we take adverse-event reports seriously and document each one.
Certificates of Analysis
A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is on file for every production lot of Hormovance®. The CoA documents the third-party laboratory results for identity, potency, heavy metals, microbial limits, and pesticide residues.
To request the CoA for the lot you received: locate the lot number printed on the bottom of your bottle, then email care@hormovanceofficial.com with the lot number in the subject line. We typically reply within one business day with a PDF copy.
